UX Thursday #9

Illustration of, laptop, notebook, person reading

The first, truly spring UX Thursday ahead of you! Today, there are a lot of curiosities related to mobile applications - those that we love as users, but also those that we forget in the blink of an eye. There will also be something about the creation of apks itself.
We are also taking a close look at the topic of design for teenage users, and together with Marcin Rudzik we will start a podcast journey, the main attraction of which will be exploring the secrets of Customer Experience.

1. Podcast: Customer Experience in the online store

The first episode of the series dedicated to Customer Experience as part of Marcin Rudziek's podcast “Merytoryczny o ecommerce”. And in it, among other things, what is CX, how to provide customers with positive experiences and finally - how to measure their level of satisfaction?

2. Why is the use of certain applications such a pleasure?

Have you ever wondered why we use some applications extremely willingly and often (often even becoming addicted to them), while in the case of others we do not feel the desire or need to restart them after the first use? Takuma Kakehi at UX Collective He will explain everything to you..

3. How to simplify your design?

There is nothing more difficult than designing an uncomplicated, affordable product. Taras Bakusevych prepared for you 20 illustrated tipshow to avoid an overly complex end result.

4. How to ensure a visible and understandable CTA on mobile?

In turn on UX Movement we have a portion of concrete about how to properly highlight the most important button when there are other, less important ones in its vicinity. The first of the tips was extremely interesting to us - we definitely need to test it!

5. Usability of sites for teenagers

Intuitively, we assume in advance that teenagers are excellent at navigating web interfaces. However, researchers from the Norman Nielsen Group prove that this is not entirely true, and such characteristics, lack of patience or reduced ability to focus attention, effectively hinder this group from navigating the web without problems.

We remind you that if you would like to share with us interesting links from the world of UX, send your proposals to newsletter@ideacto.pl, and we will be happy to share them in the next UX Thursdays.
