Purpose of the project

The objective given to the project team was to design a new iteration of the document workflow system, entailing the redesign of the application architecture, creation of new functional solutions, and development of the visual design of the solution.

1. PREDESIGN analysis‍

At this stage, we systematize business requirements, analyze the market environment, and define the needs and expectations of end users

2. Strategic concept

Based on the gathered information and data from the analytical stage during workshops with the client, we develop a strategic concept for the proposed solution

3. Information Architecture and wireframing

Before proceeding to the final project design, we develop the structure of the solution and define the key relationships between the elements of the proposed solution

4. Graphic Design

Based on the guidelines and semi-finished products developed in earlier stages, we create the final graphic design of the solution

5. Testing and optimization

The generated projects undergo testing with users, and after implementation, we carry out optimization based on available quantitative and qualitative data sources

Scope of work

The challenge in designing a new iteration of such a complex application that performs advanced functions was to gain an in-depth understanding of the needs of its users. With this in mind, we conducted a series of workshops with end users and members of the client's team working with customers. As a result, we were able to define a list of needs, expectations, and concerns related to the application's context of use. We supplemented this with a systematization of the client's business requirements and an analysis of the market environment, allowing us to create a UX strategy for the new iteration of the product.
