Ideacto starts a permanent partnership with Grene

Last week, Ideacto signed an agreement with Grene, a company that provides technical equipment for agriculture. The tasks of the agency will include permanent e-marketing services in the field of content marketing.

Grene is a company operating on the Polish market since 1996. In its company stores throughout Poland you can find a wide range of supplies for agriculture — from parts for machines and tractors, through small equipment and household goods, to work clothes. Sales are also carried out through an online store.

“The decision to partner with Ideacto was thoughtful and supported by previous observations of what they do, how they do it and how they share their knowledge with the market. The direct conversations before the decision were very promising, and after the decision we made sure that we found the right partner for cooperation.” — says Jarosław Łuczak, Head of Marketing and E-commerce at Grene.

“The first step in working with Grene was to create a communication strategy. Since we work in the Design Thinking methodology, it was crucial to know the needs of users. We started by conducting ethnographic research with the target group, then, in the course of workshops and close cooperation with the Client, a communication strategy was created.” — explains Izabela Strońska, strategist at Ideacto agency.

In the course of working on the strategy, one of the basic tools of this methodology was also used - a Customer Journey Map was created, i.e. a diagram of the path that a typical representative of the target group takes during contact with the brand.

“On the canvas of the conducted research, we were already able to precisely select the optimal tools and communication channels in which we are currently undertaking content activities. The strategy takes into account the specificity of the target group, the client's business goals, technological conditions — that is, the holy trinity of effective design.” — continues Izabela Strońska.

Based on the developed communication strategy, Ideacto will create a blog of the Grene brand, and then take care of its permanent support in the field of content creation and supplementation. This is part of the growing trend of content marketing. Today, content on the Internet is becoming more and more valuable, building not only the company's positions in search engines, but also influencing the creation of the image of an expert and allowing the creation of a strong brand.

It's time to support our clients with good advice and develop their competencies based on inspiring content.
